PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge agglomerate crusher which can efficiently separate and crush a solid sludge agglomerate which is contained in a sludge discharged from a tar decanter.SOLUTION: A sludge agglomerate crusher 10 for separating and crushing a sludge agglomerate which is contained in a sludge discharged from a tar decanter, comprises: a casing 25 in which sludge is charged; a rotary rotor 21 which rotates around a rotational shaft 20 horizontally disposed in the casing 25; a semi-cylindrical screen mesh 22 which surrounds a lower half part of the rotary rotor 21; a first comb tooth body 23 which is attached to the rotary rotor 21 and rotates together with the rotary rotor 21; and a second comb tooth body 24 which is fixed in the casing 25 and engages with the first comb tooth body 23 with a clearance therebetween.
