<p>A feeder ID is read, using a bar code reader (36) from a bar code label (35) of a tape feeder (13) to be inspected, transferred to an inspection-use computer (31), and the tape feeder (13) is placed on a feeder platform (14). The inspection-use computer (31) reads out registration information for the position of a reference mark (24) corresponding to the transferred feeder ID from a storage device (34), drives an XY movement device (27) so as to move a camera (25) to a predetermined image-capture position which fits into view the reference mark (24) of the tape feeder (13), and captures the reference mark (24) using the camera (25). The inspection-use computer (31) processes the image captured by the camera (25), recognizes the reference mark (24) so as to detect the position of the reference mark (24), and assesses the quality of the state of adjustment of the tape feeder (13) by whether or not the position of the detected reference mark (24) fits within a tolerance range for misalignment.</p> |
