<p>The present invention relates to a bed coil device for a high-frequency heat treatment applied to a high-frequency heat treatment apparatus. During the high-frequency heat treatment for a processing target, heating, rapid cooling, and air processes can be performed at the same time and uniform water pressure is provided so that the quality of the processing target can be maintained. Also, an assembly-based coil portion is provided instead of an integrally produced coil portion so that manufacturing costs can be reduced.</p> |
