Disclosed is a hole injection material for an organic light-emitting device. During the synthesis process of the material, a straight-chain alkane group is introduced at the α-position of the traditional phthalocyanine ring structure, and different metal substituent ions are used in the centre of the phthalocyanine ring. The alkyl substitution is performed at the α-position of metal phthalocyanine, and the synthesis and purification thereof are simple and convenient, and easy to mass produce on an industrial scale. Moreover, by means of modifying the interaction forces among the alkyl groups, the stacking of the &pgr;-conjugated system of material molecules after film-forming is enhanced, and the carrier mobility of the material is increased; some of the isomers may be formed during the synthesis process for the α-tetra-alkyl substituted phthalocyanine, so that the defect of excessively high thin film roughness caused by excessive crystallization during the film-forming process of traditional phthalocyanine molecules can be prevented. |
