The present invention relates to novel compounds of general formula wherein G is CONHor CSNH; Y is a pharmaceutically acceptable counterion; Q is Calkyl or benzyl; Rand Rare hydrogen; R is Calkyl, Ccycloalkyl-Calkyl or Calkenyl; Ris chosen from hydrogen, hydroxy or Calkoxy; Rand Rare independently Calkyl; Ris chosen from hydrogen, hydroxy or Calkoxy; or together R, Rand/or Rmay form one or more rings, said rings having optional additional substitution, where the term "substitution" relates to residue substitution, when in each such residue up to three or more H atoms are substituted by oxo, vinyl, Calkyl, hydroxy, Calkoxy, carboxy or carbonyl. The compounds are useful for ameliorating the side effects of therapeutic opiates. |
