It consists of a row counter located at the customer service centers, with tickets for attention provided by a ticket dispenser, a server, a mobile device in the hands of the users, a software that is loaded on the server, an application that is loaded on the mobile device from the internet or other sources and wireless transmission media from and to the mobile devices and the server.</p> |
