The present invention relates to a canned salad using duck meat and a manufacturing method thereof, and a canned salad using duck meat comprising: 100 parts by weight of a duck and duck meat; 45-55 parts by weight of mayonnaise; 1-3 parts by weight of mustard; 0.3-0.7 parts by weight of salt; 6-10 parts by weight of sugar; 0.03-0.07 parts by weight of black pepper; 1-3 parts by weight of apple vinegar; 4-8 parts by weight of carrot; 6-10 parts by weight of cabbages; and 8-12 parts by weight of onions. The canned salad of the present invention has the effects of storing the cooked duck meat for a long time and of easing ingestion at the same time while the duck meat with oil is cooked to satisfy the state of many people. |
