<p>Disclosed is a urethra pressing and tensioning device for treating urinary incontinence. A minimal incision is made through an upper surface of the vaginal wall into a space formed around the urethra, and a urethra pressing and tensioning device having one of various shapes, including a U-shape, a V-shape, and a C-shape, is inserted into the space around the urethra. The tensioning device directly or indirectly presses against the urethra in order to prevent urinary incontinence. The surface of the incision and the time needed for the operation can be reduced, and the effects of treating urinary incontinence can be improved.</p> |
