When a primer set for amplifying an antiretroviral drug resistance gene derived from viruses of patients infected with HIV-1 or AIDS and a premix composition comprising the same of the present invention are used, a wider range of HIV-1 resistance genes, which cannot be detected in the prior art, can be sequenced and analyzed at lower costs compared with that of the prior art.
