The actuating device has a drive part supported in housing and an output part (4) that is movable by the actuation of the drive part in an operating position of a switching chain link (8). A magnet (18) is adjacent to another magnet (7) and is polarized in opposite direction to the latter magnet. The former magnet is assigned to a shutter chain link (19).
