1. A computer-implemented method for preventing mobile device loss, at least a portion of the method being performed by a computing device comprising at least one processor, the method comprising:
identifying historical data specifying a plurality of past locations of a plurality of mobile computing devices; identifying a current location of a mobile computing device within the plurality of mobile computing devices; determining that the current location deviates from an expected location based on the historical data by:
determining, based on the historical data, that the mobile computing device is expected to be in proximity to an additional mobile computing device within the plurality of mobile computing devices responsive to the additional mobile computing device being within a predetermined geographical region;determining that the additional mobile computing device is within the predetermined geographical region;determining that the mobile computing device is not in proximity to the additional mobile computing device; performing a security measure on the mobile computing device in response to determining that the current location deviates from the expected location.
