PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humanized anti-C5aR antibody suitable to be used for diagnostic and/or therapeutic methods in humans.SOLUTION: Provided is a substantially purified and/or recombinant humanized antibody that binds to human C5aR, which comprises a humanized antibody immunoglobulin light chain comprising a variable region comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 93% homology to one or more specified amino acid sequences and/or a humanized antibody immunoglobulin heavy chain comprising a variable region comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 90% homology to one or more specified amino acid sequences. There are also provided conjugates comprising a therapeutic agent bound to the antibody, a polynucleotide encoding the conjugate, a vector comprising the polynucleotide, and a host cell comprising the vector. |
