PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative-type radiation-sensitive resin composition having high resolution and sensitivity and a hardened film for display elements which improves poor adhesiveness in ITO substrates and is excellent in transmissivity, light resistance, voltage retention and thermal stability of a pattern.SOLUTION: A negative-type radiation-sensitive resin composition comprises [A] a polymer ingredient containing a structural unit (I) having a phenolic hydroxyl group, a structural unit (II) having a crosslinking group and a structural unit (III) of having a carboxyl group in the same or different polymers, [B] a nonionic photoacid generator and [C] an acid crosslinking agent. |
