PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure having a coast countermeasure function capable of maintaining convenience of a life and various work while reducing influence of disaster as much as possible by making a height position of a life space for a residential region in at least a space part larger by higher ground construction means.SOLUTION: In a structure constructed to secure a space part usable for a life space for a residential region, a work space for a working region, and a movement space for a traffic region on a ground, when constructing the structure, higher ground construction means makes a height position of the life space for the residential region at least in the space part larger than the work space for the working region and the movement space for the traffic region. |
