<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film excellent in productivity by inhibiting inferior quality due to a thermal load at a drying step in a wet coating system.SOLUTION: In a method and an apparatus for producing a coating film, a drying furnace 15 drying a coating liquid coated at a coating part 12 and being constituted of a plurality of dry zones comprises: a decompression mechanism to decompress the inside of the drying furnace; a pressure sensor to detect the inside pressure of the drying furnace; a pressure regulating mechanism to regulate the inside pressure of the drying furnace; and a temperature regulating roll. The coating film is conveyed into the decompressed drying furnace and it becomes possible to dry at a temperature lower than a case that normal pressure drying is carried out because the drying furnace is under decompression.</p> |
