The present invention relates to a rail camera and, more specifically, to a structure of a camera and a rail for transmitting power and a signal. The rail camera and the rail structure, according to the present invention, comprise: a rail camera which photographs while moving along the rail; and the rail for moving the rail camera. On both sides of the rail, copper tape is attached or a copper plate is coupled or attached. The rail camera may include a moving roller used for moving by being coupled with the rail; and a power connector roller which rotates by being linked to the movement of the moving roller in contact with the copper tape or the copper plate, and receives the power of the rail camera from the copper tape or the copper plate.
