PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply sufficient master batch kneading and final kneading sequentially and consecutively to an unvulcanized rubber M although the structure is simple and small-sized.SOLUTION: Since kneading rolls 21, 22 for applying master batch kneading to the unvulcanized rubber M and a circulation means 44 for returning the unvulcanized rubber M with applied master batch kneading are used as they are to apply final kneading similarly while the unvulcanized rubber M with finished master batch kneading is supplied with a crosslinking agent, sufficient master batch kneading and final kneading can be applied sequentially and consecutively to the unvulcanized rubber M with the common kneading rolls 21, 22 and the circulation means 44 to dispense with a special means for final kneading, so that the apparatus can keep the structure simple and down-sized easily. |
