The present invention relates to an analog clock and a driving method thereof and, more specifically, to an analog clock and a driving method thereof capable of driving the motor of a clock with a micro step method. The present invention can provide an analog clock and a driving method thereof capable of reducing noise caused by the movement of clock hands by driving the clock hands with a micro step method. Also, the present invention can provide an analog clock and a driving method thereof capable of preventing the movement of clock hands even at a time when a vehicle is shaken by bumps or other road states during driving by continuously applying voltage even if the clock hands do not move. Moreover, the present invention provides an analog clock and a driving method thereof capable of being operated based on the time revised in real time even if the time is not revised every hour since the standard clock of a real-time clock module is revised by measuring the crystal error value of the real-time clock module with an external device and reflecting the crystal error value to the setting of a real-time clock register. |
