Provided are: a polyamic acid solution which can be formed into a film without causing delamination even when the film has a large thickness and which can be stored stably at room temperature; and a laminate which can be used suitably for the production of flexible devices. An alkoxysilane-modified polyamic acid solution according to the present invention is produced by the reaction of an alkoxysilane compound having an amino group with a polyamic acid, wherein a molar ratio, which is determined by dividing the total number of moles of a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride by the total number of moles of an aromatic diamine, is 0.980 to 0.9995 inclusive.
