PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus that is able to reduce electrical load on a power conditioner. ! SOLUTION: In a control apparatus for controlling each of power generation controllers, which control an amount of power generated by each sunlight panel, when output information based on output of the sunlight panel from each power generation controller is received but first output information is not received from a first power generation controller for a predetermined period, the state of power generation by a first sunlight panel controlled by the first power generation controller is estimated. Based on the estimated state of the power generation by the first sunlight panel, an output control command is transmitted to a second power generation controller that changes in output according to the output of the first power generation controller. !
