PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy for lithium-ion battery electrode material having high electric conductivity, excellent heat-softening resistance, and excellent adhesive strength with an active material. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy foil for lithium-ion battery electrode material, has the composition composed by mass% of 0.010-0.10% Zr,≤0.020% the total of Ti and V,≤0.15% Si,≤1.6% Fe,≤0.060% Cu,≤0.040% Mn,≤0.030% Mg,≤0.030% Cr,≤0.65% Zn and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and has≥59% IACS of electric conductivity.
