PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition allowing for obtaining a molded product which is excellent in molded appearance such as surface smoothness and low-temperature impact resistance and of which fracture morphology under a low temperature environment is ductile fracture.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermoplastic resin composition which comprises: a graft polymer (B) obtained by emulsion graft polymerization of a monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer onto a rubber polymer (A) containing 10 to 60 mass% of an ethylene-propylene copolymer (a) having a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.1 g/10 min or more and less than 1 g/10 min and 40 to 90 mass% of an ethylene-propylene copolymer (b) having an MFR of 1 to 35 g/10 min and containing 40 to 65 mass% of an ethylene unit and 35 to 60 mass% of a propylene unit; and a copolymer (C) obtained by polymerization of a monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer.
