The device (1) has a housing (10) that is provided with a pulsation damper assembly (3) having an elastically deformable membrane (12). The housing is provided with a fluid-carrying space (14) formed variable in dependence on the pressure prevailing in the chamber pressure volume. The pulsation damper assembly is provided with a support element (16) for supporting the elastically deformable membrane. The supporting element is arranged inside the cavity (15), and is provided with a spring. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) conveying unit for conveying fluid for after-treatment of exhaust gas of internal combustion engine; and (2) method for manufacturing device for damping pressure fluctuation and receiving ice pressure in fluid.
