From the bottom the cylindrical body has a conical shape, which is in interaction with three rolling bodies, each of which is in interaction with spherical recesses, which are rolled at the ends of the mandrels of radial cutters with possibility of rotation and radial movement, in addition, oil chambers are made in the zone of rolling bodies. |
