The present invention relates to an apparatus for re-gasifying liquefied natural gas capable of conserving energy by re-gasifying liquefied natural gas in a gasification apparatus and directly heating the re-gasified natural gas to a temperature demanded by a consuming site. According to the present invention, provided is an apparatus for re-gasifying liquefied natural gas which is capable of vaporizing and supplying the liquefied natural gas discharged from a storage tank to a consuming site. The re-gasifying apparatus includes a transfer pump for discharging the liquefied natural gas stored inside the storage tank to the outside; a gasification apparatus for gasifying the liquefied natural gas transferred by the transfer pump; and a heater for directly heating the natural gas re-gasified in the gasification apparatus.
