The device (1) has a flexible cushion (3) formed in a cylindrical shape and including a longitudinal peripheral surface (4) and two side surfaces (5, 5') that are positioned opposite to an anterior superior iliac spine of a pelvis of a patient by a flexible belt (6). The flexible belt is mounted on the side surfaces of the flexible cushion in order to allow the installation of the flexible cushion by the patient. The flexible belt exhibits adjustable length, and comprises a median strip (7) applied against a center potion of a back of the patient on a column lumbar.
