This oil separator, which is not easily affected by ambient air, is provided with: at least one set of cyclone-type oil separator units that perform vapor-liquid separation of a blow-by gas; a distribution chamber for distributing blow-by gas that flows into the oil separation units; an inflow port that cause blow-by gas to flow into the distribution chamber; a branched passage that circulates the blow-by gas from the distribution chamber to each of the oil separation units; a first lid that covers the oil separation units, and encloses the distribution chamber, the inflow port and the branched passage on the inside; and a second lid that encloses the first lid on the inside. Part of at least the upper surface is formed in a double-layered structure by the first lid and the second lid. |
