PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacrylonitrile-based film capable of effectively removing a cesium ion in an aqueous solution in view of the problems that although ferrocyanide such as Prussian blue is expected to be utilized as a radioactive effluent treatment agent because of the superior selectivity of cesium ion even under an environment of presenting various metal ions such as in seawater, the ferrocyanide is a powder, and when the ferrocyanide is used as it is, it is complicated to recover the ferrocyanide after the use, or there is a problem in handling such as scattering, and an example of supporting zeolite by the insoluble ferrocyanide is still insufficient considering the practical aspect of treating a radioactive effluent.SOLUTION: The polyacrylonitrile-based film contains insoluble ferrocyanide. |
