The present invention relates to a dyeing apparatus using a mineral-based natural dye and a dyeing method using a mineral-based natural dye which prevent a dichroic phenomenon of padding dyeing caused by contamination of a dye for printing, by stabilization of a dye for printing, and which can dye fabric to have excellent washing color fastness and sunlight fastness, wherein the dyeing apparatus comprises a fabric feeding part, feeding a fabric; a textile printing part, printing a pattern on the fabric fed by the fabric feeding part using a mineral-based natural dye; a first heat treating part, heat treating the fabric having a pattern formed by the textile printing part; a padding part, having a padding roller soaking the heat treated fabric into the mineral-based natural dye and padding; and a second heat treating part, heat treating the fabric dyed by the padding part.
