PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a portion specified in ultrasonic diagnosis under fluoroscopy.SOLUTION: An image processing system of an embodiment includes a first positioning section, an output section, a second positioning section, and a display section. The first positioning section positions first three-dimensional medical image data and second three-dimensional medical image data. The output section outputs, as output data, data obtained by adding positioning information to the first three-dimensional medical image data and the second three-dimensional medical image data, or composite data composited by positioning the first three-dimensional image data and the second three-dimensional medical image data. A second positioning section receives the output data and positions the second three-dimensional medical image data and one or more pieces of X-ray image data. A display section displays image data obtained by positioning the first three-dimensional medical image data to X-ray image data on the basis of a positioning result.
