PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of having the possibility of causing accumulation to a wall of an adhesive and clogging of an inlet in an end of a cyclone type separator unit as a result of it, since a friction engagement quantity with an adhesive pellet is high.SOLUTION: A discharge device comprises a heater unit for melting an adhesive material, a reception space for feeding to the heater unit and the cyclone type separator unit for sending out the adhesive pellet to the reception space, and comprises a tangential directional inlet pipe in close vicinity to the top end of a substantially cylindrical pipe. The substantially cylindrical pipe makes a tangential directional flow or a spiral flow of air and the adhesive pellet formed by the cyclone type separator unit connected to the reception space in the opened bottom end. Consequently, the discharge device reduces a speed of air and the adhesive pellet so as to avoid splashing of a melting adhesive material while maintaining a sufficient speed for avoiding accumulating an adhesive in the substantially cylindrical pipe. |
