PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a resonant frequency for transmitting and receiving data without having to introduce a process line separate from a production process line for general RF-IDs and without increasing the number of steps in the production process.SOLUTION: A frequency adjustment method comprises the steps of; obtaining a frequency of a stand-alone antenna formed on a base substrate; computing a resonant frequency of an inlet in the case where an IC chip is mounted on the base substrate in a standard position by connecting to the antenna having the obtained frequency; computing capacitance required to compensate for a difference between a resonant frequency for the inlet to transmit and receive data and the computed resonant frequency; and determining a mounting position in which the IC chip is mounted on the base substrate on the basis of the standard position, the computed capacitance, and an overlapping area between the IC chip and the antenna. |
