The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an insulation pad containing expansive stone compositions. More specifically, the method includes a stone composition manufacturing step of manufacturing a stone composition by mixing polyurethane, vermiculite, and perlite, a stone composition layer manufacturing step of manufacturing a stone composition layer in the shape of a board by hardening the stone composition, a lamination step of laminating non-woven fabric on the top and bottom of the stone composition layer, and a molding step of pouring the laminate into a mold and pressurizing the laminate.
