PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for hydroponic cultivation and hydroponic cultivation unit comprising the same which are capable of limiting light injection and effectively preventing proliferation of microorganism (in particular, algae) in nutrient for cultivation.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a hydroponic cultivation plate for culturing plants. The hydroponic cultivation plate 2 comprises at least: a carrier supporter 21 having at least one carrier arranging hole 21a into which a carrier P on which plant is planted is fitted; and surface coating material 22A made of light shielding material which covers the upper surface of the carrier supporter 21 so as to cover the upper surface of the carrier arranging hole 21a. Upon covering the carrier supporter 21 with the surface coating material 22A, a first slit 22a is formed by cutting on the part located just above the carrier arranging hole 21a. |
