PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna substrate capable of normally transmitting a high-frequency signal.SOLUTION: The antenna substrate is characterized in that: a ground conductor 3 is provided on one main surface of a core insulating plate 1 of a first thickness which has a through hole 2; a build-up insulating layer 4 of a second thickness smaller than the first thickness and a build-up wiring layer 6 are alternately laminated on the one main surface including the ground conductor 3; and an antenna pad 7 which faces the ground conductor 3 and is electrically connected to the build-up wiring layer 6 via the through hole 2 is provided on the other main surface of the core insulating plate 1. |
