PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly activate communication between a driver and a fellow passenger.SOLUTION: A terminal device (2) is operated by a fellow passenger in a vehicle and presents a content (game) to the fellow passenger in response to the operation. An on-vehicle device (1) determines a gap degree between the operating state of a vehicle (C) and a target operating state. Next, the on-vehicle device (1) transmits gap degree information representing the determined gap degree, to the terminal device (2). Then, on the basis of the gap degree transmitted by the on-vehicle device (1), the terminal device (2) changes a parameter (parameter for game progress) for determining the content of the represented content (game). |
