The method involves attaching a heat exchanger device at inside or outside wall of a liquid tank. The liquid is introduced into the liquid tank. The liquid carbon dioxide is conducted into heat exchanger device for vaporizing and overheating the liquid carbon dioxide. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for re-tooling a liquid tank; and (2) a plant for manufacturing and filling drink.
