The arrangement has metal-made enclosing tubes (13,14) which surround hollow space in which the cable is located. The metal-made enclosing tubes are arranged with the thermal insulation (15) in between. The temperature of 39 K or less is maintained during the arrangement of the superconducting magnesium diboride material cooled using the helium gas. The cryostat (K1) is coaxially spaced away from the cryostat (K2). The temperature of 112 K or less of liquefied nitrogen is maintained during operation of the arrangement of the cryostat (K2).
