FIELD: veterinary medicine.SUBSTANCE: method of cultivation of oocysts of eimeria of cattle, comprising microscopic examination of sporulation process, characterised in that the flotation solution is used, prepared from 1.5 kg of technical prilled ammonium nitrate and 1 litre of boiled water through which 3 g of feces examined are suspended in medical cups with 50 ml of the solution, the suspension is filtered through the metal mesh, exposed for 5 minutes, 12 ml of the upper layer is taken with the syringe without needle, transferred into the centrifuge tubes, centrifuged for 1 minute at 1500 rev/min, the surface film (1-2 drops) is removed with the wire loop and transferred to the degreased glass slide with an oval drawn with the wax pencil, 3-4 drops of tap water are added, the glass slides are placed on the support stand and then the support stand is placed in the desiccator, and then placed in the thermostat at a temperature of 25-28°C and then the microscopic examination is carried out daily for presence of sporulation processes.EFFECT: simplified method. |
