<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a part of documents that satisfy set output conditions if a part exists and satisfy set output conditions when the set output conditions (printing mode) for each document is inconsistent and it is determined that output is not allowed when each document is provided with output conditions and combined to configure an output document. <P>SOLUTION: Through display means 121, output configuration information (user ID, output document ID, printing conditions) 105d of combined documents is pre-registered. When registering each document file constituting a combined output, management means 105 of output configuration information and output propriety determination means 112 determine whether combined images can be outputted, that is, whether printing conditions set for each combined document and printing conditions of output configuration information are not inconsistent, whether a printing means 111 operates normally, or the like, to determine whether output is allowed according to determined results.
