PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which enables reduction in the scale of a phase compensation capacitor.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit according to one embodiment includes: an output transistor MP11 that generates an output voltage VOUT according to a control signal va; an amplifier circuit AMP11 that amplifies a potential difference between a feedback signal vfeed, which has a voltage level according to the output voltage VOUT, and a reference voltage vref, and outputs it as the control signal va; a capacitor C11 that generates a current ic according to the variation of the output voltage VOUT; and a current amplification unit 12 that amplifies the current ic and superimposes it on the control signal va. |
