PURPOSE: A heat transfer system of a vessel is provided to supplement a shortage of cooling energy which is required by an air cooler, and a shortage of evaporation heat which is required by an LNG fuel vaporizer. CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer system(1) of a vessel includes an LNG fuel vaporizer(10), an air cooler(30), a freezer(20), and a heater(40). The LNG fuel vaporizer vaporizes LNG to be natural gas by implementing heat exchange between the LNG of an LNG fuel supply line(2) and a heat transfer medium. The air cooler implements heat exchange between the air of the cooled heat transfer medium and the air of an air cooling line(6) through the vaporization process of the LNG. The freezer is provided in between the rear end of the LNG fuel vaporizer and the front end of the air cooler, and supplements a shortage of cooling energy which is required by the air cooler by lowering the temperature of the heat transfer medium which is transferred from the LNG fuel vaporizer to the air cooler. The heater is provided in between the rear end of the air cooler and the front end of LNG fuel vaporizer, and supplements a shortage of evaporation heat which is required by the LNG vaporizer by raising the temperature of the heat transfer medium which is transferred from the air cooler to the LNG fuel vaporizer.
