A method for fermentation of sugar-containing media comprises preparation of sugar solutions and introduction of culture yeasts into solution. Dispersed massif of carbon dioxide is bubbled and flown through medium layer with mass exchange and its saturation with vapor phases of water and alcohol and in a form of gas mixture is directed to condensation for separation of aqueous-alcohol mixture with recuperative return of carbon dioxide into barbotage system. |
