HARBOR STRUCTURES EASILY RESPOND TO DIFFERENTIAL SETTLEMENT

PURPOSE: A harbor structure capable of easily corresponding to differential settlement is provided to reduce costs and construction periods by controlling the movements on a vertical direction of the ground. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of caissons (10) is installed at regular intervals on the coast of the poor ground, and a fixing member (20) is connected to each vertex of the caisson. Each fixing member is connected and integrated by a cable (22) and the diagonal fixing member which is vertical to each caisson. The integrated caisson is installed to correspond to the differential settlement on the vertical direction of the ground.
