PURPOSE: A skin care device using vibration excludes the convenience of use that users have to wash hands after using it since they do not need to put on cosmetics with hands. CONSTITUTION: A skin care device using vibration (1) comprises a pumping unit (10) pumping skin care cosmetics; a vibration generating unit; a vibration unit (40) powdering the cosmetics on skin, which is connected to the vibration generating unit and the pumping unit. The pumping unit comprises a pumping container (11); a pumping button (12) which is connected to the outlet of the pumping container; a pumping nozzle which is connected to the vibration unit and the outlet of the pumping container.
