PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition free from separation in an interlayer of each layer when directly laminating layers comprising a polystyrene-based resin and suitable for laminating with a polyester resin, and to provide a laminate sheet, a molded product and a film using the resin composition.SOLUTION: A resin composition is a mixture of resins prescribed by (A), (B) and has 0.5-1.6 mass% oxirane oxygen concentration. (A) In the resin composition, at least two or more kinds of a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-conjugated diene block copolymer are mixed, a ratio by mass of the vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon to the conjugated diene is 83/17-70/30, loss modulus (E") has at least one maximum value in the temperature range of 70-100°C and the difference between a storage modulus at the temperature in the maximum value and a storage modulus at a temperature 20°C higher than the temperature in the maximum value is ≤500 MPa. (B) The copolymer is obtained by epoxidizing styrene-butadiene block copolymer, in which a ratio by mass of styrene to butadiene is 30/70-50/50. |
