PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorization toilet seat apparatus which extends a battery life by, while a seat is not taken, suppressing power consumption for detecting whether the seat is taken or not.SOLUTION: A deodorization toilet seat apparatus 1 includes: a body case 10 installed on a toilet stool 2; a suction port 11a formed in the body case 10 toward the inside of the toilet stool 2 to suck the air within the toilet stool 2; a discharge port 11b formed in the body case 10 toward the outside of the toilet stool 2 to discharge the air within the toilet stool 2; a duct 20 causing the suction port 11a and the discharge port 11b to communicate with each other and incorporating a sirocco fan 21; the sirocco fan 21 provided within the duct 20; size AA batteries 23b provided in the body case 10 to supply power to the sirocco fan 21; and a push switch 38 for closing contacts with the weight of a user. When the push switch 38 closes a movable contact 38a and a fixed contact 38b, the sirocco fan 21 is driven. |
