PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device capable of adjusting a relative color temperature of illumination light in a predetermined relative color temperature adjustment range, of reducing the required number of light-emitting elements, of reducing circuit scale of a drive circuit part, and of drastically reducing cost compared with an illuminating device that can perform equivalent relative color temperature adjustment.SOLUTION: An illuminating device comprises: a light source part 1a including a first LED module A consisting of a plurality of first LEDs for emitting light of a first color temperature, and a second LED module B consisting of a plurality of LEDs for emitting light of a second color temperature; and a drive circuit part 1b for controlling a power to be supplied to each of the first LED module A and the second LED module B to adjust a relative color temperature of the light source part 1a. The light source part 1a is configured so that at least any one of the first color temperature and the second color temperature is not included in a predetermined relative color temperature adjustment range that is set by the drive circuit part 1b. |
