PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip whose multilayer film on a periodic structure is not separated in a bioassay, and to provide a kit for the bioassay and a bioassay method.SOLUTION: A biochip to be used for detecting an antigen-antibody reaction by using fluorescent molecules includes: a base substrate 102 having a periodic structure; a first adhesion layer 104; a metal layer 106 formed by silver; a second adhesion layer 108; a protection layer 110 formed by zinc oxide; and an extinction suppression layer 112 formed by silicon dioxide. When light is made incident on the metal layer 106, an electric field enhanced by surface plasmon resonant light is generated and the enhanced fluorescence is outputted by using the generated electric field as an excitation field of fluorescent molecules. Consequently, even when bioassay of a multi-step for detecting the antigen-antibody reaction or the like is executed, the biochip does not generate separation and cloudiness. |
