PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of evaluating improvement effects by a treatment on each lesion.SOLUTION: An image diagnosis support system is provided with: a lesion state evaluation unit that calculates the lesion state of a plaque lesion by using plaque information that is obtained from medical images of two or more time points and an evaluation coefficient that shows an effect extent of the plaque information on the state variation of the plaque lesion; and a processing parameter definition unit that defines an evaluation coefficient according to the treatment state.
